Turntables
Rotary platforms that support, position and drive a payload through precise angular motion — from a 2-tonne antenna test stage to sea-stabilized shipborne pedestals.

Choose by axes
One axis to rotate. Two to point. Three to stay level.
Start from the motion your payload needs. Every configuration can be adapted to your load, envelope and controller.

| Typical use | Antenna test ranges | Vehicle-mounted scanning and tracking | Shipborne radar and comms |

01
One-axis
Antenna test turntable
A heavy-duty azimuth stage for antenna pattern measurement and test ranges. Single- or dual-motor drive, chosen for the payload’s inertia and the backlash you can tolerate.
| Payload | 2 t |
| Max speed | 10°/s |
| Position accuracy | 1′ |
| Repeatability | 1′ |

Two-axis · azimuth + elevation
Vehicle-mounted antenna turntable
Rides on an in-cabin lift platform and deploys through the roof. Runs continuous circular scans, or switches to follow mode to track a target’s flight path.
| Payload | 100 kg |
| Azimuth / elevation | 0–360° / 0–90° |
| Scan speed | 1–33 rpm |
| Tracking rate | Az 0–20°/s · El 0–10°/s |

Integrated in a shelter truck: the turntable lifts through a roof hatch for operation and stows for transit.

Stabilized antenna pedestals for ships
Isolate the antenna from the ship’s roll and pitch so radar and communications hold their pointing in a seaway.

Sea-stabilized pedestal
Stabilized radar antenna pedestal
Keeps a 30 kg radar antenna level and rotating while the ship rolls and pitches.
| Payload | 30 kg |
| Antenna rotation | 360° continuous · ≤ 10 rpm |
| Roll / pitch isolation | ≤ ±25° / ≤ ±15° |
| Stabilization | ≤ 0.5° dynamic · ≤ 0.2° static |
| Wind | Operates in Beaufort 9 · survives 12 |

Heavy pedestal
Three-axis shipborne antenna pedestal
Continuous inner and outer rings with limit-protected elevation for larger antennas.
| Payload | 150 kg |
| Inner ring | 0–360° continuous |
| Outer ring | 0–360° continuous |
| Elevation | −45° to +45°, limit-protected |
One supplier, one interface
Continuous rotation needs a slip ring. We build both.
Our photo-electric-fluid slip rings already ride inside radar vehicles and turntables — carrying power, Gigabit Ethernet, multi-channel fiber and two coolant loops through the same rotating axis.

| Speed | 0–200 rpm |
| Coolant | 2 loops · 4.5 m³/h · 1.6 MPa |
| Data | GbE, video + fiber |
Specify your turntable.
Send payload mass and inertia, axes and travel, speed, pointing accuracy and the platform it mounts to. An engineer will reply with a configuration.
