Liquid Cold Plate
The liquid cold plate is a core component of liquid cooling systems. It exchanges heat through internal flow channels machined into a metal plate.
Electronic components are mounted on the surface with thermal interface material. The coolant flows in through the inlet and exits through the outlet, carrying heat away efficiently.
